Quite apart from the facts I have already stated in 62a, there is also the flood plain to be considered very seriously. So many other flood plains throughout the country have been built on with dire consequences of people losing homes or not being able to even get insurance cover, and the loss of flora and fauna, plus the expense of cleaning up, if possible! No, I do not want our village or countryside to be victim to all these awful plans!
