There is enough new housing in Rochford and the surrounding areas. You are destroying our greenbelt land, which is especially needed n a time of climate change. You are destroying our open spaces, the countryside and wildlife. Infrastructure is already struggling with gridlocked roads, disappearing green areas and an inability to access local healthcare due to massive demand. Any move to increase pressure in this area is nothing short of criminal. It was said that a new junior school and GP surgery would be opened on the Hall Road site, that hasn't happened. This MUST be sddressed urgently.
