I object to inclusion of land north of Bull Lane. The road is already heavily used as a ‘rat run’ and additional housing would make this worse. Rayleigh’s existing medical facilities are heavily oversubscribed (try making an appointment at Audley Mills surgery) and additional housing would make this worse.
