The idea of building 214 homes on CFS064 is ludicrous, its far too many, plus where would the access road go? you would have to presumably adopt folly chase and widen it against the wishes of the residents. This land is crucial to the feel of Hockley as a village and building right up to the small copse is unacceptable it would ruin the feel of the area forever making just another town. Hockley has already lost its character but I guess thats what RDC want, just another dormitory town to feed London. This development does nothing for local people but deprive us of this wonderful oasis in an urban sprawl. And please dont think Hockley woods are good enough they are over run at weekends, this is a local amenity which is well used.
