Roads to this area of the district definitely need upgrading especially in light of the development proposed on Rawreth Lane. The roundabout joining Lower Road already has substantial delays. I read that in planning application for these homes that it was submitted that 500 homes would only add 7 extra cars to this junction at rush hour. That is obviously absurd as some of the owners of these home will obviously be travelling towards Southend and therefore improvements especially if the bypass town centres would definitely be welcome.
