8.50 Sustainable Drainage Systems (SUDS) offer an alternative approach to drainage within developed areas.
There is still flooding in Watery Lane which can be seen on the road.
Roads within Hullbridge are impermeable and prone to flooding. My home/garage and those of my 2 neighbours have all suffered from this and neighbours have had to have flood prevention measures built. This issue would only get worse if further houses were built in the area south west of the village.
