8.24 Public transport is another valuable service for those who do not have access to a private vehicle, particularly within the more rural areas of the district.
Hullbridge has suffered recently, from the withdrawal of the number 20 bus service in the evenings which has had an extremely negative impact on residents who have not been able to get home from Rayleigh station/work for example. Anti-social behaviour has resulted in the police being informed and local councillors have had to travel on the bus in order to prevent future incidents.
