3.12 There is planned improvement work to the A127 in the Fair Glen interchange area. The A127 is already at saturation point so by the time the improvement work has been carried out, further work will be necessary in order to cope with the further increase in number of vehicles. How do we deliver infrastructure that can support people in the area and keep traffic moving without regular delays?
