Para 8.45.
Large areas of Rawreth are in zones 3 and 2 ,not only unsuitable for developement but makes the existing community at risk from further development upstream of the Rawreth Brook system ,these include areas in Rayleigh ,Thundersley,Bowers Gifford and Wickford/Basildon .
Parts of Rawreth Parish are protected by sea defences which need upgrading to match height f the north wall .
There is a problem at times from groundwater because of the geology .
Para 8.49. Water cycle study 2015 updated because of future housing proposals .
8.50. SUDS schemes should be indepently ratified .
