I understood the country along with many others are in an extremely worrying situation financially, but it seems Rochford District Council are preparing to throw themselves, and all of us ratepayers into a massively expensive outlay when we all should be tightening our belts! And as for reducing parking spaces, where pray are all the cars to park? It is a horrendous situation already. The traffic situation with all these new houses and greatly reduced parking doesn't bear thinking about, I wonder if any Council members who have voted for this plan actually live in Hockley.
As a pensioner with a very sharp brain it seems as though all these different parts to this form are will go over many older peoples heads who will give up trying to fill it in and there will be far fewer protests unfortunately. Farewell dear Hockley of old!
