From the owner of the trough and fountain: The justification states that the trough and fountain were donated to the community by Ms Tawke. This statement is somewhat misleading and should be clarified as both of these are in fact owned by myself and my husband (Edward Stark), having purchased them from Essex Council back in the late 1980's.
