Removal of disabled bay and relocate in Bramington Road would be an easy temporay fix.with 10 min parking, at the moment they can't open doors fully.
The "Shared surface" at Spa Road, Main Road juction good option but the need to slow traffic down entering all arms of the junction must be considered. Speed of approach is the main problem along with clear sight of the traffic to your right.
Please remember the turning circle of Heavy Goods Vehicles from Southend into Spar Road need a lot of room to turn quickly
