As with Option 3 this represents overdevelopment within the village. This option seems to focus on provision of office space at the expense of new or refurbished retail units. Again car parking is less than that offered under option 2, although the the housing proposed under option 3 in Eldon Way has gone. However, there are again some aspects that could be incorporated into the final plan
