I would like to state my objection to the figure of 190, on average, new dwellings being built within the Rochford District between 2011 and 2031. I believe this figure to be entirely unrealistic and it does not reflect the true need for new dwellings. Every large property within my road is increased twofold and I am sure this continues throughout the District. Surely this goes a long way to meet the needs of any growing population within Rochford. I also think the use of green belt land it completely unacceptable
