This site is on top of a former landfill site. Any new developments will need to carry out an assessment to ensure that there is no contaminated land present.
Some parts of the site are located within Flood Zones 2 and 3. The site is bounded by the Main Rivers PrittleBrook and Roach to the south and the Main River Roach to the north.
