Allocations DPD Discussion and Consultation Document

Representation ID: 19123

Received: 29/04/2010

Respondent: Mrs Christine Howard

Representation Summary:

Options E13, E14, E15, E16, E17

The infrastructure of these proposed sites could not cope with the volume of large vehicles and traffic that this kind of development would generate.

This would be a totally inappropriate development to have so close to existing schools and residential areas.

A more appropriate location would be Option E18 which is away from any residential areas and more suitable for larger vehicles and small industrial units.

Option E18 also has better access to main A127/A13 roads avoiding adding to congestion in Rayleigh and surrounding minor roads.
