I would favour equestrian developments on our greenbelt land any day to the current residential developments - yet it would appear there are much greater restrictions on the number of horses and stables that can be put on a greenbelt location, getting planning permission for a stable is likely getting a shuttle flight to the moon yet it seems that propose more than 250 houses on the same land and promise some money to local leisure facilities and your through - all agreed!
