I strongly object to the relocation of the Rawreth Industrial estate to this site. The land is in a flood zone and would be an unnecessary loss of green belt land. I am concerned about the additional traffic on the A129 and its impact on the residential area close by. I am also concerned about the increased pollution so close to a primary school. This open countryside in green belt land provides a pleasant gateway to the town and should be preserved.
