Must have an agreement from the rail operators to run a high speed service from London (similar to the Heathrow or Stanstead Express) so that increased passenger numbers from the airport do not overload an allready busy and crowded service. A smallish fare premium could be applied to the express services to deter commuters and casual off-peak users.
