Again land described as south west hullbridge is in fact largely in Rawreth .In the infrastructure requirements it states that Watery lane will be straightened .The road leads to Battlesbridge, a conservation area ,then onto a single carriage way road over a river bridge or via a substandard junction with the A1245.There is already considerable congestion between 7am and 9 am and again in the evening peak .
