Hockley Area Action Plan - Issues and Options

Whilst supporting any improvement to Hockley Town Centre, especially option 2.2, I feel that to place a large supermarket near the corner of Bramerton Road would be dangerous and inconvenient. Assuming that the two large older and fairly interesting buildings in Spa Road would remain, namely the Spa Pump Rooms and the Spa Pub, I should like to point out that brewer's delivery vans near the Spa junction impede traffic flow - could the pub's beer cellar be repositioned?
It's hard to see how Spa Road could be widened, unless the Spa Court bungalows were demolished, also the land height differences outside Barclays Bank and between Alldays and Somerfields car parks would be difficult to rectify.
