Car sharing, and out-of-town park and ride should be developed (by the A127/AA130 Junctions?) ideally with public transport included in the cost.
Cycling needs to be encouraged; new cycle friendly cycle routes are the way to do this.
Bus travel to be encouraged, perhaps with free travel funded through council taxes and businesses?
