A vision for me is something that provides hope and a better future. As I weigh up the benefits/problems the expansion will give. I have come to the view that no extension should be the preferred option, and the Council should have the teeth to stop detrimental impact to the culture and environment. Back to the drawing board, would have been my preference, but the petard was hosted when the new owners appeared, and it was fasttracked to completion. I beleive the general opinion is a mistrust from the public of both the Councils' and Stobart's intentions.
