I object to the proposed expansions. There are already enough airports serving this area of the UK. As for more trade flights using older noisier and more polluting aircraft, this is going to cause far more harm to the environment when we are supposed to be fighting against climate change. I do not feel that the increased job opportunities will benefit the local community enough to be worthwile. The majority of the low paid jobs will more likely go to overseas low paid workers.
