Who at RDC and SOSBC are preparing the JAAP? Is it being prepared by people who know the local area well? Do they know and understand the local infrastructure and traffic flows? Especially during peak times. How have they come to their conclusions? Especially in relation to jobs created.
My biggest concern is that it is being prepared by an external consultancy e.g. those based in London who are obtaining data from statistical sources. Such individuals cannot possibly understand the local impact of the plans.
