As a shareholder in the company which owns Foundry Business Park, I object strongly to the proposal to route a footpath from Eldon Way/Village through FBP to the Station. We and our tenants value the security of the site and have experienced in the past vandalism and thefts when access has been left through to Eldon Way.
I also fee that the proposals for the Eldon Way estate are unsustainable because of the lack of car parking in the proposal. I would also question if the land is suitable and is not contaminated given it earlier use as battery manufacturing site.
