I strongly object to the options NLR1, NLR2.NLR3,NLR4 and NLR5
I understand that proposal are being set up to use agricultural land in London Road and Rawreth Lane Rayleigh for 550 homes to be built along with a travellers site
I strongly object to these proposals and understand that my protest must be with you by 30th April - today is 29th April and the proposals have just been drawn to my attention, in fact I was horrified when I learnt of them. Rayleigh is a semi rural town, once the agricultural land is taken we are no longer a pleasant semi rural town , the sheer volume of traffic at the roundabout bordering A129 to Rayleigh/Wickford etc.
Every evening its a major traffic jam from all directions without a further 550 home/families this area would become just a major conjested stretch of road and could not cope with further traffic
Then the proposed travellers site, of which will obviously lower the value of houses, the strain on the local schools and healthcare
So I strongly object to the options NLR1, NLR2.NLR3,NLR4 and NLR5 also I strongly object to proposed Travellers site GT3
