Relocating Industrial Estates (thus jobs) to, for example, the new employment network beyond Southend Airport is impractical - so called "travel plans" are illusory, without bus or train services.
3000 jobs provided for locals by 2021 is also illusory - most jobs provided so far have been transferred from elsewhere to serve, for example, the airport, post expansion.
