I believe by just considering a teams demands is not meeting the needs of the populace. It is important to understand whether a local team/club can accommodate all the people in the local community that wish to participate. It is important to understand how many people in a team are local residents (within the Village / town) as opposed to people playing who are not and how many are from outside the district. Football Clubs like Hullbridge use players from outside because of the standard of football they want to play at.
