I object to nos. 19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29 and 31 Bellingham Lane not being included in the Local List.
Reasons why they should be in the Local List:
1). Bellingham Lane is a key historical area of Rayleigh, containing both the Windmill and the Mount. These buildings enhance the character of the road.
2). They were built around the same time as the railway line, and are part of the transition of Rayleigh from market town to commuter town.
