The building mentioned as the Community Centre, I believe is wrong, this building is in the front of the Junior School, used to be the school and is now used for meetings, is a correction in order.

I have taken a trip around Hullbridge and find a couple of interest that have not been listed as follows:

1. Cottages opposite the Anchor Pub is dated 1793.

2. Low tide on the River Crouch reveals some timber stubbs which stretch the width of the river between the Ferry roads in Hullbridge and Woodham. I believe these stubbs are the remains of a bridge which may have existed in the 1500s or 1600s, would the Council consider this to be listed, if publicised and made more prominent this may draw more visitors and spend some money.

3. I note you have quite a few public houses listed in Rayleigh, Hockley and elsewhere, does the Anchor on the river front merit a listing?

4. Kendall Park was named after Dr. Kendall, we hope this 'nature reserve' can be listed.

General

The building mentioned as the Community Centre, I believe is wrong, this building is in the front of the Junior School, used to be the school and is now used for meetings, is a correction in order.

Where you have indicated 'Buildings Not Included', what does the future mean for these buildings, safeguarded, demolition or redevelopment?

Your response will be very well received.
