Two points on what can be improved/changed...
(i) need for less signage...Rochford has too many signs/signposts already leading to too much clutter
(ii) the whole of the 'Spar' & Old Library shop frontage should be clad in pseudo-mock tudor facade more in keeping with the rest of the Market Square (assuming it would be too expensive to demolish/re-build
