Hockley Area Action Plan - Issues and Options

As a resident of Hockley I will be affected by any proposals agreed upon in the 'Hockley Area Action Plan'.
I feel that there has been very limited publicity of the 'Hockley Area Action Plan' documents existence. Why were copies not distributed to the homes and businesses within the area? Perhaps maybe just a bullet point document sent out if printing costs were an issue?
It is due to this that I feel that it is a necessity that the consultation period be extended for another 3 months. This will enable ALL affected parties time to assess the implications.
