Improvements to A127 at Progress Rd, Kent Elms, The Bell and Cuckoo Corner.
Improve public transport links, particularly the bus network. The current fleet of buses is old and shabby and does not encourage more regular use. If it doesn't already exist (don't think it does), introduce a ticket that is valid on trains and buses in the Southend/Rochford area.
