Hockley Area Action Plan - Issues and Options
Representation ID: 9050
Received: 25/04/2009
Respondent: Ms Jean Townsend
Representation Summary:
You should never use the word 'town' in relationship to Hockley. You may not make a village into a 'town' by reiterating the word 'town' time and again. The word 'urban' is equally misplaced. We would have gone to live in Basildon or Brixton if we wanted 'urban' living. We chose Hockley for its peace and simplicity.
