I am concerned that there has not been sufficient publicity of this action plan for the council to receive duly considered comments from the residents of Hockley.
Not everyone goes to the library, checks the local press or goes online to the Rochford District Council website.
I propose the council should extend the deadline and arrange consultation surgeries in Hockley.
