Traffic is an issue in Hockley, but if permission to keep building flats upon flats is at some point denied then maybe this would not be an issue. To let Tesco come in would cause every shop to close, the grocer, the chemist everyone because Tesco are greedy and local shops cannot compete with their cheap food. This is a village not a town centre, yes improvements can be made, for youth etc but they have no respect and would trash everything anyway
