Rochford District Core Strategy Regulation 26 Draft

Representation ID: 713

Received: 29/06/2007

Respondent: Mr J Needs & Aston Unit Trust

Agent: Sellwood Planning

Representation Summary:

Whilst the provision of good landscaping is important, the preferred option is too vague to be the subject of any meaningful comment. Many of the Council's concerns are now addressed by the requirement to support planning applications with a Design and Access Statement.
