-any redevelopment of hockley should be based on existing -brownfield sites.
-to maintain it's 'village' feel, more green spaces should be available
-areas for youths should be available. they currently hang around the train station/shops after dark.
-traffic congestion is a problem and should be addressed.
-all of the surrounding natural environment should be considered prior to any development.
