In accordance with government objectives we agree with the prioritisation of previously developed sites to contribute to the borough's housing supply targets. In addition and as acknowledged in the Preferred Policy by reference to Policy H2, greenfield sites which are sustainably located should be promoted for housing to ensure that the minimum housing targets set out in the East of England Plan are met and exceeded.
