I object to all green belt land in the Rochford district area being released for any future development.
The area will soon become gridlocked without any further development, especially as Southend council look like they are going to go forward with a "don't care attitude" with their planning policy.
let's hope the new Housing Secretary Micchael Gove, can put some sense back into future development and bring some plans forward for the badly needed new towns this country needs.
As for the Spatial options Rochford District Council have put forward it nothing short of a disgrace!
Far too complicated for ordinary people to understand and looks like it has been designed to put people
off objecting, so shame on you for that!
