We should be consdiering the access to facilities and the need to look at the transport infrastrcuture.
All houses require roads, parking, in the future electrical hookups as well as access to schools, shops and medical.
All of these cannot be ignored and if it means they then have to enter the more urban areas in the same locations, at the same junctions - that is not good.

Much of what is proposed here means those adding to those villages will want to enter Rochford and Ashingdon and are likely to end up on the ASHINGDON ROAD!
There needs to be an alternative route for them that means they do not add to the congestion taking their child to school or to work/shops!
