Para 6 'Previous community...' describes minimal development. Does this mean development other than residential as preferred option GB2 is for no residential development in green belt? Or is there a difference between urban and rural green belt?! This section is unclear in these matters?
If we want to potect urban areas and maintain sustainibility criteria, yet allow for futher development, green belt use is the only option. But this MUST be strictly controlled and based on specific green belt assessment criteria.
The section also does not clearly explain green belt definitions and how it can be redesignated?
