I object to the transport and infrastructure strategic priority number 9. The reason I object is because you have shown no intention of ensuring infrastructure is on place for any previous development, therefore why would this change. Infrastructure needs to come first. People do not generally have a problem with house building provided the proper infrastructure is in place and not just the developer giving money over for this to be done, when it doesn't change.
