The Vision makes a passing and vague reference to Rochford District being a "green and pleasant place", but it's main emphasis is on continued business, housing and infrastructure development. The Vision should give equal weight to maintaining and creating high quailty, connected, and biodiverse landscapes. Otherwise the Vision is not consistent with creating healthy communities, nor with strategic objectives 20, 21 and 23.
