Again you need the strategic objective of being net zero for green house gas emissions. Also a query more than comment, why do you believe we must have continued economic growth rather than a stable situation? Growth doesn't usually provide more opportunities for the economically disadvantaged, it usually just benefits those who are already well off. Surely the objective should be a more equal distribution of wealth in the district?
