CFS023 North & East Malvern Road. This site is totally unsuitable, there is a single track access road which would be dangerous for large amounts of traffic, the impact on ancient woodland would be devastating. Greensward lane is congested and in extremely poor repair with the current usage, and air quality would continue to deteriorate. The GP service is already oversubscribed as are local schools. Local wildlife would be affected adversely. Public services are not good enough to support the additional housing. Parking in Hockley is awful, it would mean illegal parking would increase causing danger and nuisance.
