I moved to Rochford (Great Wakering) in Dec 2019, what attracted us to the area was its semi-rural way of life. I do not understand how Rochford will continue to be a green and pleasant place to live if we are to accept the proposed development locations put forward?
I also question what is meant by high quality homes, the houses that are being constructed in Rochford, do not fit in with the local aesthetic and are crammed in together. I would not want to see homes like that built in Wakering.
