not accounting for the psychological impact on existing residents ie the constant traffic jams, over subscribed schools and doctors - doesn't create happy and harmonious living. Rochford residents enjoy semi rural life and space.
Does not account of the lower birth rate and therefore the reduction in future population size.
ironic that we are living in pandemic where 1000's of lives have been lost yet we're still building more housing
