The huge developments are not taking into account the decrease in birth rate which would therefore see a future decline in the population.
They do not address the negative psychological impact on existing residents ie constant traffic jams, over populated schools and doctors, general feeling / sense of feeling crammed into a small space
It's ironic how we are living during a pandemic and the loss of many lives but building all this new housing!
